1. Installation errors in components, such as the poor elasticity of the support ring (mainly made of filled PTFE material) in hydraulic cylinder seals in some construction machinery. Therefore, before installation, it should be soaked in 100oC oil for 10-20 minutes to make it soft, and then installed when its elasticity is high.

2. There are many issues related to component operation, especially when new drivers are not familiar with machine performance during the operation of engineering vehicles. For example, the spline of the half shaft of a construction vehicle often wears out. Later, it was discovered that the driver kept the differential lock engaged, which increased the load on the transmission during use and caused severe wear. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the operation.

3. The malfunction of the relevant parts caused damage to the parts. For example, two walking hydraulic motors on an excavator were damaged at the same time. After inspection, it was found that the oil seal on the multi way rotary joint was damaged and blocked the circuit. Therefore, it is necessary to solve this problem in a timely manner, otherwise the hydraulic motor will be damaged in the future.

4. Quality issues with hardware components, such as a excavator where the bearings of its hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump, and reducer were all damaged. Even after replacing the original bearings, they were still damaged. The problem was solved by installing imported bearings. Similarly, the oil seal of the boom cylinder of this excavator is often damaged in summer, but it was later discovered that the gap between the original piston and the cylinder barrel was too large. After reprocessing the piston on site, the oil seal remained intact.
