The company also uses air compressors to recover waste heat, and the recovered heat can be used to heat the water for cleaning parts, realizing the effective recovery of heat and further improving energy efficiency.

In terms of green smart manufacturing, the company has a complete water recycling treatment system. The discharged production wastewater can be reused after treatment, which greatly improves the utilization rate of water resources. At the same time, the company actively pays attention to the low-carbon and energy-saving optimization of production processes. By continuously improving the processing technology of parts, upgrading processing equipment, using greener and more environmentally friendly water-based paint instead of oil-based paint, introducing automated robots and intelligent assembly lines, etc., the company has achieved better economic and ecological benefits under the same output.

Recently, the company's second phase of 1.6MW photovoltaic power generation project has been launched. After the project is completed, the company's total annual photovoltaic power generation is expected to exceed 2.8 million kilowatt-hours, which will significantly improve the company's energy consumption structure and further enhance the utilization rate of clean energy.
