In order to further adapt to the needs of the company's deepening reform and development, optimize the structure of the middle-level cadre team, continuously expand the selection and employment channels, and attract outstanding talents, combined with the actual situation of the company, it is decided to implement open recruitment for some middle-level positions. The specific job information is as follows:

1、 Recruitment positions and number of people

One head of the manufacturing department.

2、 Job requirements for application

(1) Basic conditions

1. Possess high ideological and political qualities, strong sense of career and responsibility;

2. Familiar with modern enterprise management, with strong communication, coordination, and management skills;

3. Those who have not received criminal punishment or are suspected of violating discipline and law and are currently undergoing review by relevant departments without reaching a conclusion, and have no records of bad integrity;

4. Strong psychological quality, healthy body, and upright work style.

 

(2) Qualification requirements

3、 Registration

(1) Registration deadline

From the date of announcement until November 30, 2023.

(2) Registration method

Download the "Registration Form" on the recruitment announcement page and register within the specified time. 4、 Recruitment process

(1) Qualification review. According to the job requirements, the Human Resources Department will review the qualifications of the applicants.

(2) Comprehensive evaluation. The focus is on examining the candidate's comprehensive abilities in communication and coordination, planning and organization, logical thinking, and adaptability, as well as their professional abilities that match the professional requirements. The comprehensive evaluation team consists of company leaders, management department heads, and relevant personnel.

(3) Conduct an investigation or background check. Based on the comprehensive evaluation, conduct a comprehensive quality, ability, and performance assessment or background investigation on the applicants.

(4) Study and determine the proposed candidates for employment. Based on investigation or background investigation, the company's Party branch will study and determine the proposed candidates for employment. If the investigation shows that the situation does not meet the job requirements, the position can be considered vacant and no replacement will be implemented.

(5) Physical examination. Conduct a physical examination on the proposed candidate determined by the company's Party branch committee. If the candidate's physical examination does not meet the requirements, the recruitment for the position will be abandoned.

(6) Publicity and appointment. According to regulations, the proposed candidates shall be publicly announced on the company's website and other official channels before employment, with a public notice period of 5 working days. If there is no objection to the public announcement, relevant employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

5、 Other

(1) The company keeps all candidate information confidential and does not return application materials.
