Under normal circumstances, the exhaust equipment for hydraulic cylinders in construction machinery should be located at the top of the hydraulic circuit, so it is not necessary to install it on the engineering hydraulic cylinder. However, when selecting the engineering hydraulic cylinder, we need to clearly indicate whether the exhaust equipment is needed or in which direction it should be located.
If the engineering oil cylinder is vertically installed, in order to allow air to be discharged, the exhaust equipment can be directly welded to the cylinder direction of the piston, or the equipment can be placed on the internal unloading valve of the piston. When the composition of the hydraulic cylinder reaches the end point, the hydraulic equipment can be unloaded and the normal operation of the exhaust equipment can be ensured.
When the oil in the hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery is disrupted and enters the air, it will cause a series of abnormal phenomena such as crawling or trembling of the piston. These abnormal phenomena are partly caused by the influence of air in the oil, and partly by the jumping phenomenon of the flow control valve and the sealing of the hydraulic cylinder. In power feed engineering hydraulic cylinders such as machine tools, attention should be paid to the issue of exhaust.
Generally, exhaust equipment should be installed on the hydraulic circuit, but not necessarily on the hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery.
However, when selecting hydraulic systems, the demand for exhaust equipment or the location of the hydraulic cylinder should be considered. In engineering machinery hydraulic cylinder forging machinery equipment, engineering hydraulic cylinders are vertical equipment. In this case, the influence of air leads to abnormal action speed, and often the sealing is burnt out due to the adiabatic contraction of the high-pressure stroke.
The hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery runs directly to the end point, which allows the hydraulic equipment to unload normally and directly discharge the entire internal air. Due to the fact that hydraulic cylinders are mostly installed vertically, in this case, the impact of air will not cause any changes to the movement of the engineering hydraulic cylinder. Moreover, due to being in a high-pressure shape, it will lead to severe burning of the sealing components.
